How do we get the clothes and how to we check authenticity?
We get the clothes directly from the public figures. This eliminates the uncertainties usually involved in the industry. We control every aspect of the chain, which allows us to guarantee the authenticity of each item.
What happens if there’s been a delivery mishap to my order?
We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team and if there's a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we'll send out a refund to you.
Will the clothes be used?
As these are clothes that have been worn by celebrities in the past, it is possible that they may have signs of wear. Meanwhile, we are very careful of selling top quality clothing and the clothes are in generally very good shape.
Can I track my orders and payments?
After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For orders via registered postage, a tracking number (article tracking number) will be given to you after the receipt.
How do I cancel and order before I make a payments?
Go to your Shopping Cart. Here, you will be able to make payment or cancel your order. Note: We cannot give refunds once payment is verified.
Are the clothes washed after being received by Starity?
We will be washing and cleaning all items.
